Works 1:1 with children with special needs, aiming to improve certain skill sets

Employs principles from RBT training to communicate with children and caregivers in their homes in a professional manner

Effectively manages emergencies and works well under pressure
-
Works well in a team with co-workers and caregivers
-
Consistently attends company orientations and training sessions
-
Completes documentation for each therapy session in an accurate and timely manner
-
Has a high school diploma or GED equivalency
-
Has a reliable method of personal transportation
-
Has a clean criminal record and is willing to provide a background check
-
Possesses current CPR certification or is willing to participate in training
-
Possesses RBT certification or is willing to take online course
-
Is willing to work at least 16 hours per week
-
Has good communications skills
-
Is authorized to work in the United States
-
University graduates or current students preferred
-
Experience working with children with special needs preferred
-
Afternoon/evening availability preferred
-
Competitive pay ($18.00 - $25.00 /hr)
