  • Works 1:1 with children with special needs, aiming to improve certain skill sets

  • Employs principles from RBT training to communicate with children and caregivers in their homes in a professional manner

  • Effectively manages emergencies and works well under pressure

  • Works well in a team with co-workers and caregivers

  • Consistently attends company orientations and training sessions

  • Completes documentation for each therapy session in an accurate and timely manner

  • Has a high school diploma or GED equivalency

  • Has a reliable method of personal transportation

  • Has a clean criminal record and is willing to provide a background check

  • Possesses current CPR certification or is willing to participate in training

  • Possesses RBT certification or is willing to take online course

  • Is willing to work at least 16 hours per week

  • Has good communications skills

  • Is authorized to work in the United States

  • University graduates or current students preferred

  • Experience working with children with special needs preferred

  • Afternoon/evening availability preferred

  • Competitive pay ($18.00 - $25.00 /hr)

  • Company-provided tablet for work purposes

  • Free BCBA supervision

  • Health benefits, paid holidays for employees working over 30 hours per week
